Returns
At Bluelightease.com, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it ”unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you’ll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Damages and Issues

Refunds

If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
